Service & Payment Policy

A credit card is required to secure all service requests and will be stored securely on file. No payment is collected when submitting your request.

After service is completed, you will receive an invoice with a secure online payment link. You may pay online by bank transfer (ACH) or credit card, or by check given to our technician upon completion of service. A 3% processing fee applies only to credit card payments.

Bank transfers and checks have no processing fee.

If payment is not received within 2 calendar days of the invoice being sent, the outstanding balance may be charged to the card on file, including any legally permitted credit card processing fee.

Repairs estimated to exceed $850 require your approval before proceeding. If you decline the repair, only the applicable service call charge will apply.
